What we collect

You don't need an account to use this site, and we don't ask for your name or email. If you email us, we receive whatever you send and use it only to reply.

We use Cloudflare to host the site and to count visits. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page views in aggregate without using cookies. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site.

The site remembers a few display choices (such as which conference tab you last opened and light or dark mode) in your own browser's local storage. That information stays on your device.

Advertising and cookies

This site shows ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and other sites on the internet.

• Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites.
• You can opt out of personalized advertising from Google at adssettings.google.com.
• You can opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info/choices.
• Learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are asked for consent before personalized ads are shown.

Your choices

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them, though ads may be less relevant. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access or delete personal information held about you; since we don't hold accounts or profiles, most requests will concern data held by Google or Cloudflare, but you can contact us and we'll help.

This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes and contact
