Reading a club. Each card lists every points total the club can still finish on and what it gets. Locked in: no combination of other results can stop it. In unless level: nobody can finish ahead on points, but clubs level on points are separated by goal difference and the other criteria. Possible: some combination of other results gets it there. Only if level and ahead on tiebreakers: it needs to finish level on points with a club and win the tiebreak. Out: no combination works.
Tiebreakers. Clubs level on points are ranked by goal difference, goals scored, away goals, wins, away wins, then their opponents' points, goal difference and goals, then disciplinary points and club coefficient (UEFA regulations, Art. 18). Goal-based criteria depend on exact scores, so the what-it-takes answers are exact on points and tell you when a tiebreak would decide.
